PikPakGo operates an online travel booking platform offering accommodations, transportation, and travel-related services. All reservations are processed and confirmed directly on the PikPakGo platform at the time of purchase.
Bookings & Payments
Prices, availability, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are displayed before payment.
By completing a booking, you authorize PikPakGo to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.
Bookings are non-transferable unless otherwise stated .
Modifications & No-Shows
Reservation changes are subject to availability and applicable booking terms.
Failure to check in, arrive, or use a booked service may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate booking and payment information and to review all terms before completing a reservation.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact PikPakGo Support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Account Suspension
PikPakGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, excessive chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.
