Before Filing a Chargeback

Customers agree to contact PikPakGo Support prior to initiating a chargeback to allow us the opportunity to resolve concerns quickly and fairly.

Chargeback Prevention Measures

PikPakGo employs the following measures to prevent unauthorized or invalid chargebacks:

  • Clear disclosure of prices, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility at checkout

Dispute Resolution

If a chargeback is initiated, PikPakGo will:

Chargeback Abuse

Right to Dispute

PikPakGo reserves the right to dispute chargebacks when services were delivered in accordance with booking terms accepted by the customer.
