Our service fees are designed to help you reach your goals as a vacation rental owner. We know that as a business owner, you have to watch every penny. That’s why we’ve structured our fees to be as low as possible while still providing the highest level of support and services.
Listings are 100% free with a service fee of 2.5% of the booking subtotal when guests book a stay! We charge a 2.5% fee for each reservation made through our platform. This fee covers all of the costs associated with operating PikpakGO, including salaries for our team members, Â 24/7 customer service, and any other overhead expenses.
The Guest Fee is the most important fee paid—it’s the only one that directly pays for your stay, and it’s the only one that’s charged by PikpakGO. We charge this fee to cover the costs of running our platform, including customer support, site maintenance, and more.
For bookings made through the PikpakGO website, the guest service fee is 13% of the booking subtotal (nightly rate + cleaning fee + additional guest fee, if applicable—excluding PikpakGO fees and taxes). This fee varies based on a variety of factors and is shown during checkout before you book.Â

We believe that the best way to get you the money you deserve is by keeping things simple and transparent.
Here’s how it works:
Payments for hosts and owners are made directly to the bank accounts of the host or owner.
When a guest books through PikpakGo, we collect their credit card information and charge it immediately. Then we send an email to both the guest and host/owner with a link to the booking confirmation. Registered users can also access this information by logging in to their dashboard at pikpakgo.com/login
Featured listings get more bookings, so we’re happy to help you get there!
We have a few options for upgrading your listing to featured status:
– $199/month if you have a monthly subscription (this will automatically renew at the end of each month)
– $149/month if you have a yearly subscription (this will automatically renew at the end of each year)
Regular Listings have all the same benefits as featured listings excluding being placed in priority positions.

If you’re looking for a refund for your host fee, here’s what to do:
Go to the My Account page and click on the “Host Fees” tab. You’ll see a button that says “Request Refund.” Click it!
Enter the amount of your host fee you would like refunded, and then hit “request.”
Once you’ve requested a refund, we’ll send you an email confirming that your request has been received. Our team will then be in touch with you within 3 business days to let you know if there are any issues with your request.

The steps to request payment from PikpakGo after a guest books your property.
1. Go to the “Bookings” tab of your account, then click on “My Bookings.”
2. Select the booking in question and click “More Details.” In the section called “Guest Information,” click on “Request Payment.” You will be prompted to submit your request.
Canceling a booking
You can cancel a booking at any time prior to the guest’s arrival date.
To cancel a booking, log into your dashboard and select “Bookings” from the menu. Click on the name of the booking you wish to cancel, and then click “Cancel this booking.”

COMPLIANCE NOTICE: Please be aware that short-term rentals are subject to local laws that provide who may rent their property and how such rentals may operate. You should review local laws to determine whether your property may be made available for rent and the requirements with which you must comply. Many jurisdictions require a license before renting. Penalties include fines and other enforcement. PikpakGO has not determined whether your property may qualify as a short-term rental and this communication from PikpakGO should not be considered an indication that your property rental is allowable under applicable laws.
