Distill a bottle of Gin on mini copper stills

Overview

What makes this experience unique is the fact that it is a very hands on, bespoke, personal and very knowledgeable workshop like no other in the country. Where you learn of the workings of a micro distillery, get to taste different spirit profiles, you also get to design and make your very own bottle of gin to take home with you after the class.

Meeting point

The Gin School is situated in a private basement room downstairs at the 'Cumberland Bar' in Edinburgh. Please enter the bar through the front door entrance where your host will welcome for your gin experience.
