Terms of service

These terms govern your use of PikPakGo's website and services. By using PikPakGo you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

PikPakGo is a travel marketplace. Accommodation and services are provided by third parties — hotels, property managers, hosts and suppliers ("Providers"). When you book, you enter into a contract with the Provider, and their own terms and policies also apply.

You must be at least 18 to book. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account. Information you give us must be accurate.

Hotel totals include all mandatory taxes, service fees and property-collected charges reported for the selected rate. Rental nightly rates are identified as before taxes and fees, and the complete itemized total is shown after dates are selected and before a reservation is confirmed. Payment timing depends on the selected rate.

Each rate has its own cancellation policy, shown before you book. Refunds follow that policy. No-shows may be charged in full.

Hosts must have the right to list their property, provide accurate descriptions and honor confirmed bookings. We may review, reject or remove listings at our discretion.

Don't misuse the service — no fraudulent bookings, scraping, reselling without permission, or interfering with the platform.

Our AI planner helps interpret your requests. Always review dates, guests and prices before confirming a booking.

To the extent permitted by law, PikPakGo isn't liable for the acts or omissions of Providers, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
