How many rooms can I book online?
Up to 8 rooms (24 adults and 6 children) in one hotel checkout. For 9 or more rooms, send a group request and we'll put options together.
Can everyone pay for their own share?
Yes, on vacation rentals. The organizer splits the stay into 2–12 shares and shares a link. The stay is held for 24 hours and confirmed once every share is paid; if not, paid shares are refunded.
Does a group request cost anything?
No. Requesting a group rate is free and doesn't commit you to anything. You only pay when you choose to book.
Is a group rate always cheaper?
Not always. Availability and pricing depend on the property and dates. We'll show you real options and full totals so you can decide.
Are event tickets included?
No. Group bookings cover places to stay. Event tickets and registrations are purchased separately.
Can I change or cancel a group booking?
Each room follows its own rate's cancellation terms, shown before you pay. You can request changes or cancellations from My Trips or our support team.
