To run searches, complete and manage bookings, provide support, prevent fraud, send booking-related messages and improve PikPakGo.

We share only what's needed with the hotels, hosts and suppliers who fulfill your booking, and with service providers that help us operate (hosting, payments, email). We never sell your personal data.

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to certain uses. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have additional rights. Email us to make a request.

We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect your information.

PikPakGo isn't intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
