Partner terms

These terms apply to travel agents, affiliates, white-label storefront owners, API users and other approved partners ("Partner") in the PikPakGo Partner Program, in addition to our general Terms of service. Submitting an application does not create a partnership; participation begins only when we approve your account.

We may approve, decline, suspend or end any partner account at our discretion, including for inactivity, misuse or breach. You must provide accurate business details and keep your login and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys.

You earn the commission rate shown in your Partner Portal on eligible bookings made through your referral link, widget, storefront or API bookUrl and completed by the traveler. Commission is calculated on the booking amount excluding taxes, fees, and amounts refunded, cancelled or charged back. Product eligibility is shown in the portal; some products (such as vacation-home rentals) may be excluded. Higher rates or net rates apply only if agreed in writing by PikPakGo.

Commissions become payable after the stay, trip or activity is completed and the cancellation window has passed. We may withhold or reverse commission for fraudulent, self-referred or policy-breaching bookings. You are responsible for your own taxes and may need to provide tax forms before payout.

Payouts are made by the method and schedule shown in your portal, once your balance reaches any stated minimum. We may net reversals against future commissions.

You may customize your storefront's name, logo, colors, welcome text and custom domain. You confirm you own or have rights to all content you upload and that it is lawful and not misleading. Bookings on your storefront are processed and paid on PikPakGo under our Terms of service, and travelers receive support from PikPakGo unless otherwise agreed.

The Partner API provides search and quote data only. Bookings must be completed through the provided PikPakGo bookUrl. Respect rate limits; do not cache prices beyond their quoted validity, resell data, attempt to identify or contact our inventory suppliers, or represent quotes as guaranteed. We may change, limit or withdraw the API at any time.

Do not make false or misleading claims, bid on PikPakGo brand terms in paid search without permission, send unsolicited messages (spam), or impersonate PikPakGo. Disclose your affiliate relationship as required by law (for example, FTC endorsement guides). You are responsible for having any seller-of-travel or agency registrations your business requires.

Use traveler personal data only to serve the booking and as permitted by law. Keep it secure and notify us promptly of any security incident.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use PikPakGo marks and content as provided in the portal for the program only. You grant us a license to display your storefront branding for the program.

The program is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to commissions paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim. You will indemnify PikPakGo against claims arising from your content, marketing or breach of these terms.

Either party may end participation at any time. On termination, stop using our marks and API keys; valid earned commissions remain payable unless the termination was for fraud or breach. We may update these terms with notice through the portal or by email; continued participation means you accept the update. Nevada law and the dispute clause of our Terms of service apply.
