Start with your hall—not just a hotel pin
A successful show week starts before you step onto the floor. Your hotel should support the first booth briefing, the last customer meeting and the journey back when everyone is tired. Start with your actual hall or campus, then compare stays for the dates your team needs—not simply the public show dates.
The Las Vegas Convention Center has West, North, Central and South Halls. A hotel that looks close to the convention center on a map may still leave you with an onward campus journey. Check the entrance on your exhibitor floor plan before choosing your base. Map distances are not guaranteed walking times: crossings, queues, luggage, mobility needs and event access all matter.
Use our LVCC hotel guide to explore nearby stays, then cross-check your route against the official LVCC campus information.
Monorail access: plan the whole journey
Boingo Station at the Las Vegas Convention Center is the Monorail’s convention-center stop. It is not a stop at the West Hall entrance. Include the walk from your hotel to a station and the onward route to your assigned hall—not just the train ride—when comparing hotels.
The Las Vegas Monorail and the Vegas Loop are separate systems. The Monorail follows its rail route; the LVCC Loop connects locations around the convention campus using vehicles in tunnels. Do not assume one ticket, timetable or accessibility arrangement covers both. Check operating hours and current event arrangements before relying on either.
Consult the official LVCC Monorail station guide and official Vegas Loop information. For exhibitor freight, deliveries and move-in, follow the organizer’s service manual instead of passenger transport advice.
CES, World of Concrete, NAB and SEMA: use the right guide
CES spans multiple Las Vegas venues. An LVCC-heavy agenda and a Venetian Campus-heavy agenda need different hotel comparisons. Confirm the venue for each meeting and exhibit rather than assuming the whole show is at LVCC. Our CES 2027 hotel guide links travel planning with current event information.
For World of Concrete 2027, account for education, outdoor exhibits and your actual arrival commitments. For NAB Show 2027, check which days you need for sessions versus exhibits. Your hotel dates should reflect what you are attending.
For SEMA Show 2027, use your hall assignment and exhibitor schedule to plan access and extra nights. In every case, verify the organizer’s latest dates, registration requirements and transport instructions before reserving. Hotel bookings do not include show admission, badges or exhibitor services.
Compare the full stay—not the headline price
A low nightly room price is only the starting point. Compare the same dates, room count, currency and room terms across options. PikPakGo shows the nightly price and full stay total with mandatory taxes and property fees reported for the selected rate. Hotel details distinguish what you pay now from charges due at the property.
Reported resort fees are not the same as optional parking, breakfast, transport or incidental deposits. Read the selected rate’s fee disclosures and cancellation policy, then budget for the extras your crew will actually use. A refundable room and a nonrefundable room are not equivalent just because their photos look alike.
Keep a simple team budget: full reported accommodation total, planned transport, meals and event registration. Do not count a deposit as a final expense or assume an unreported optional extra is included. Save confirmations and the payment breakdown for expense reporting.
Pick a base that fits your team
For a hall-focused schedule, compare Convention Center-area hotels first and check the route to your assigned entrance. For meetings spread across the Strip, compare hotels around your first and last daily commitments. An off-Strip stay can also make sense, but assess the actual route and transport budget rather than assuming it will be cheaper overall.
Separate hotel rooms offer personal space. A vacation rental offers shared living space for downtime, but check the listed beds, bathrooms, parking and house rules before deciding. Do not assume a home permits business gatherings, equipment storage or visitors beyond the booked guests; ask the host when those needs matter.
Explore Las Vegas hotel options or Hotels & rentals, and use Team & Exhibitor Housing when you need help coordinating rooms. A housing request is a planning inquiry, not a reserved block or guaranteed rate.
Plan together. Split eligible rental payments.
Shortlist the stays that fit your budget and let the team weigh in with Group Trip Voting. Agree on rooms, beds and arrival nights before anyone pays. A clear decision now saves a week of messages later.
Group Split Billing is available for eligible vacation rentals—not hotel rooms or hotel blocks. Each participant receives a private payment link for their share. The booking is confirmed only after all required shares are paid; if the payment window expires unfinished, paid shares are refunded automatically.
Our group split-billing playbook explains the rental flow. For hotels, compare the available room options or send a team housing request; do not assume a hotel reservation supports separate traveler payments.
Your pre-show checklist
Before booking: confirm the show edition, hall or campus, move-in commitments, arrival and departure dates, room sharing, accessibility needs and the full reported price. Check event registration separately and read each selected rate’s cancellation deadline.
Before traveling: share the hotel address, booking reference, check-in requirements and a plan for the first morning. Recheck official maps, transport hours and organizer notices. Keep freight and exhibitor setup instructions separate from guest arrival information.
Need a second pair of eyes? Ask Pik and our support team can help with travel planning. PikPakGo is an independent travel service, not the official housing provider for these events; transport, exhibitor permissions and special hotel arrangements remain subject to the relevant provider’s confirmation.
Give attendees travel search on your own website
Organizers, exhibitors and travel publishers can add PikPakGo’s free travel widget to a venue page. Visitors can search hotels, flights and Hotel + Flight options, then complete booking securely with PikPakGo. Hotel bookings support up to 8 rooms in one reservation. No sign-up is required to get the widget.
Get the free travel widget, or start with the Las Vegas weekend hotel search for a leisure extension. Always change the dates to match your actual trip; live availability and prices can change before booking.
